Grace was incredible! She did an amazing job of offering some challenging modifications to work with my body, had great energy and kicked my butt! The facility has a GREAT vibe! Everyone is so friendly and positive- plus there are HANDSOME work out mascots!!

Great workout and amazing team! Grace led the Next Health team to a killer HIIT/Circuit training workout. Love the vibe, the energy, amazing pristine facility. Everything is so modern, cool, and badass. We will definitely be visiting them again!
