As a Faherty customer for almost a decade, I was excited to see Atlanta get a location. Unfortunately every time I've visited the store, I've been treated poorly. Focusing on most recently.... I just wanted to say that I absolutely love this store! I specifically drove down with family because we prefer this location over the Avalon one! Everyone is always so nice, it's chill, and they are always so helpful. Can't wait to see all the new spring stuff that we were shown pics of!

I went to this store looking to rectify the fact that all of the snap buttons were falling off of a very expensive jacket. They told me they could not do anything about it at the store and let me know to email their customer service but that they do have a "Guarantee of Quality". I did reach out to customer service but…

The worst. Don't buy from FAHERTY unless you want to receive VERY frequent booklets - forever - years after you asked them to stop mailing - they may stop, but they'll start mailing again. There are plenty of OTHER companies that respect for you preferences.
